The International Network of Human Rights Europe (RIDHE) in collaboration with Talentos Arte y Amistad (Tarmis) is happy to invite you to the annual concert 2023 "Escala", at the Mercelis Theatre, Ixelles, on Saturday 21 October 2023 at 19h.

This concert will bring together talented world music artists: TRIO ORGANICO, Giuliano & Nedjelka DUO, Renato Martins DUO, the one and only MARIA HELENA, and surprise guests at the magnificent Théâtre Mercelis in Ixelles!
